This kind of lining trolley is generally used for the construction of short tunnel engineering, especially for the construction of tunnel concrete second lining engineering with complicated plan and spatial geometry, frequent process changes and strict processing technology regulations, its advantages are more obvious. If the length of the building formwork is 1.5m, the average interval of the steel arch frame shall not exceed 0.75m, and the vertical connection head of the building formwork shall be built between the frames to facilitate the installation of formwork scaffold fasteners and formwork hooks. If the stirring pump is used for perfusion, the perfusion rate is not suitable for too fast, otherwise it will cause deformation of the combined steel formwork, especially when the thickness of the second lining exceeds 500mm, the perfusion rate should be slowed down. Be careful when pouring to the top, pay attention to the concrete pouring condition at any time and anywhere, and avoid forced pouring concrete after filling, otherwise it will cause mold explosion or vehicle deformation and damage.
